Nevis (SKN) is the birthplace of the Citizenship by Investment (CBI). This beautiful Caribbe an dual-island federation is offering economic citizenship or second passports to foreign investors since 19841. It has the longest established Citizen ship-by-Investment program, which now is regard ed as 'Platinum Brand' of its kind.
Family member's spouse, children under 30 and par ents above 55 years old can be included in the citizenship by investment applicant. Physical residency to Saint Kitts & Nevis is not required to obtain citizenship, and generally the application process can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months.
Though applicants can opt for 60 Days accelerated process2 with an additional fee. Applicants do not have to meet any managerial experience, language test nor an interview and SKN allows dual citizenship,
Investors of good character and repute can opt to make a contribution to the development of St. Kitts & Nevis and in return they are given the opportunity to apply for St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship and passport.
Obtaining a second passport through St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by investment program is beneficial, as it grants its holder visa free or visa-on-arrival access to over 150 countries, including the Schengen Zone, the UK, Brazil, , Singapore, Hong-Kong, etc.
Obtaining a second nationality, the benefits are end less. Having a second passport is crucial. It is no longer just a second travel document or for hassle free traveling but more of a "plan B' for you and your family.
CBI Options
Applicants can qualify for St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship under its Citizenship-by-Investment (CBI) program by acquiring one of the below options.
The applicant must contribute at least US $150,000, single applicant to the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF). This contribution is not refundable. If the main appli cant chooses to apply together with his/her spouse the minimum contribution should equal to US $175,000, and as a family of four can apply for us $195,000.


An applicants may invest in a pre-approved real estate project, these approved projects may include in hotel shares, villas, or condominium units. The minimum investment required by law is US $200,000 (resalable after 7 years) or US$400,000 (resalable after 5 years).
Government fees include the following: Main applicant: US $35,050
Spouse of the main applicant: US $20,050
Any other qualified dependent of the main applicant regardless of age: US $10,050.
Currently there are over 95 active approved real estate projects.
APPLICATION PROCESS
International Marketing Agents are officially licensed by St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) to handle and submit applications to act on the behalf of the applicant.
First step
Once forms and required supporting documents are complete, application fees are to be paid at the same time as the application is submitted. These fees are:
Due Diligence (DD) fee of US $7,500 for the principle applicant. ii) Due Diligence (DD) fee of US $4,000 for the spouse. iii) Due Diligence (DD) fee of US $4,000 for applicants above 16 years old. iv) Application forms fees of US $250 for each person.
Second step
The due diligence investigation is conducted by an independent agency contracted by the Government of St. Kitts & Nevis. The time taken for background checks on potential applicants may be anywhere between 2-3 months. The CIU will consider the application in light of the due diligence report and then make a recommendation on the application accordingly.
Third step
After the CIU evaluates the application and the due diligence results on the background checks, the applicant will be issued a comfort letter. Upon receipt of the comfort letter, the stipulated investment should be deposited into the CBIU's bank account.
Fourth step
Upon successful receipt of the agreed contribution amount, CIU will proceed with the issuance of certificate of registration.
Final step
Our local office staff in St. Kitts & Nevis, will submit the passport application and passport is issued within a few weeks The passport and citizenship certificate will then be couriered to our headquarters in Dubai, where we handover to the client including a notarized travel letter.
